Puspita has a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Indonesia and is pursuing her master’s in mental health community & disability. Puspita has worked with IOM Indonesia, the Integrated Services Center for Women and Children, DKI Jakarta, and the Division of Applied Social Psychology Research. In 2018, she co-founded Sehat Jiwa Bahagia, a social enterprise devoted to mental health prevention and promotion through education programs. Currently, Co-Founder and Director, Puspita wants to improve mental health outcomes in Indonesia through a holistic approach. In 2021, Sehat Jiwa for School, an educational program, was featured in Voluntary National Review, Indonesia, as one of the best mental health practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Uplink World Economic Forum also selected Sehat Jiwa Bahagia as one of the top youth mental health innovations. As of 2022, the organization has reached 17,000 direct beneficiaries.
