NOUR

Project Soar’s innovation, NOUR, is a low-cost solution in collaboration with the Delegation of the Ministry of Education for the Marrakech-Safi region. This innovation focuses on creating safer school environments that positively impact student well-being through participatory development of a sexual harassment reporting model, certification of school staff through completion of an online training, teacher-facilitated school dialogues, and a peer-to-peer support network, thereby increasing student agency and resilience. NOUR will be implemented in middle and/or high schools in the Marrakech-Safi region, reaching underserved students through the school dialogues and school staff through the training certification program.
