Grands Défis Canada, through the Being Initiative, is investing in ready-to-scale innovations that address the root causes of young people’s distress before they escalate, strengthening the environments where they live, learn, and grow in: Colombie, Équateur, Ghana, Inde, Indonésie, Maroc, Pakistan, Roumanie, Sénégal, Sierra Leone, Tanzanie et Vietnam.
We strongly encourage applications from, and will give preference to, youth-led organizations based in Being’s 12 countries.

Nous investissons entre 300 000 et 1 500 000 dollars canadiens in Transition to Scale (TTS) innovations, meaning approaches that have already been proven effective, and are now ready to be implemented more widely. Please refer to our ‘Our investment approach’ page for more details on how we define Transition to Scale.

Any legally recognized organization can apply for this opportunity. Priority will be given to youth-led organizations based in one of the 12 countries.
