La DreamKit is a digital mental health program that provides preventive, skill-based mental health support by embedding structured activities into daily school and family life. Its combines activity-based workbooks for adolescents in Grades 8, 9 and 11 with Wysa’s AI chatbot, accessible in Hindi, Marathi, or Hinglish through simple QR codes.
The AI driven chatbot supports individuals experiencing subclinical anxiety and low mood by using a blend of rule-based algorithms and large language model responses to engage empathetically with users. Parents engage through workshops, role play activities, and WhatsApp based nudges aligned with the school curriculum. Together, these components strengthen communication, emotional regulation, and shared learning between adolescents and their caregivers.
